Stop messages from us

Enter the phone number or email address you’d like us to stop using, and we’ll stop straight away. If you only want to drop some of them — the order emails but not the appointment texts — use the link at the bottom of any message from us, or your account.

You can also reply STOP to any text from us, which works the same way. Sign-in codes are not affected — without them you could not get into your account.
